DEPT is seeking an Account Lead, Retail Search to drive paid search strategies for an enterprise retail account across Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy and Target. You will lead execution, develop campaigns, deliver reporting and insights, and ensure alignment with client objectives.

This is remote-first, but candidates must be located in Central, Mountain or Pacific time zones in the US. You will mentor a team of paid search specialists, collaborate with analytics, creative and account management, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in paid search advertising, retail media focus preferred.
• Experience in enterprise accounts and client-facing roles.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Proficiency with Google/Bing Ads and analytics tools.

• Develop and implement paid search campaigns across retail networks for enterprise accounts.
• Lead and mentor a team of paid search specialists.
