Job summary

DEPT® is seeking an Account Lead, Retail Search to guide strategy and execution for an enterprise retail account across Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, and Target. You will lead a team of paid search specialists, shape campaigns, and deliver timely reporting and insights to clients.

Located in the US and able to work in Central, Mountain or Pacific time zones, you will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize ROI, maintain budgets, and drive growth through retail media networks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in paid search advertising with retail media experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in client facing roles.
• Proven track record managing enterprise campaigns.
• Deep understanding of retail media platforms (Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Best Buy Ads, Target Roundel).
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads and analytics tools.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic paid search campaigns across retail media networks for an enterprise account.
• Lead and mentor a team of paid search specialists and foster professional development.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, and account management teams for integrated media plans.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable optimization insights.
• Oversee day-to-day execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor.
• Develop and present performance reports and strategic recommendations.
• Encourage open communication and knowledge sharing to drive improvements.
