Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager, Retail Partnerships to build and scale enterprise relationships with leading retailers and ecommerce logistics partners. You will drive renewals, upsell opportunities, and shape go-to-market strategies grounded in merchant feedback.

This role requires 8+ years in business development or partnerships, a Bachelor's degree, and a data-driven, AI-aware mindset. Report to the Senior Manager in Merchant Business Development (San Francisco).

Qualifications

8+ years in early stage business development or partnerships.
Bachelor's degree.
Retail, ecommerce, or logistics industry experience.
Entrepreneurial mindset with data-driven approach.
Ability to make decisions with imperfect data.
Collaborative, consensus builder.
Strong leadership and vision setting for teams.
Experience using data and AI insights to drive decisions.
Ability to translate AI insights into executive narratives.

Responsibilities

Manage and cultivate enterprise relationships with leading retailers and ecommerce logistics players.
Lead renewals and upsell opportunities with existing merchant partners.
Shape product roadmap and go-to-market strategies based on merchant feedback.
Serve as liaison between partners and DoorDash leadership, product, legal, operations, and logistics teams.
Inform goals for growth and revenue and advise on resource needs.
Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the Drive organization.
