Job summary

Wolt is seeking a Retail Development Manager to lead a portfolio of enterprise supermarket partners in Kazakhstan, owning strategic relationships, setting team direction, and driving growth.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to improve performance, craft co-marketing initiatives, and use BI tools to forecast and optimize KPIs, GOV, and partner satisfaction. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, international team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of enterprise account management experience in retail or marketplace.
• Strong negotiator who can guide complex deals and elevate deal quality.
• Ability to drive partner performance and deliver KPI improvements.
• Analytical and structured; comfortable using dashboards and spreadsheets.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Google Slides, Power BI, and Looker.
• Excellent relationship builder; collaborates across Marketing, Operations, and Support.
• Fluent in Russian and Kazakh; English at B2 level minimum.
