Job summary

Kinder’s Premium Quality Seasonings & Sauces is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive profitable growth within Walmart categories. You will manage cross-functional initiatives, deliver insights, and optimize sales operations through strategic planning and analytics.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, leadership abilities, and 5+ years in the CPG industry, preferably with Walmart accounts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years in the CPG industry with focus on sales, sales operations or marketing.
Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting tools.
Demonstrated business knowledge and problem-solving capabilities with analytics.
Excellent written/oral communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

Manage customer relationships, business planning, and trade management using cross-functional data sources.
Lead creation of category/line review presentations and monthly business updates for merchants.
Provide actionable insights to senior leadership through performance reviews and trend analysis.
Collaborate with Finance and Planning to create accurate demand forecasts aligned with goals.
Partner with Customer Marketing to build marketing calendars and oversee execution of shopper/trade forecasts.
Work with Brand, Portfolio, and Marketing to execute new product launches with timely setup.
