Job summary

Trebellar, Inc. is seeking an experienced real estate and workplace practitioner to work with enterprise customers after implementation. You will operationalize Trebellar, design workflows, and build planning scenarios to help clients plan, analyze, and make better real estate decisions.

You will collaborate with customer teams, product, engineering, and implementation to deliver repeatable processes, templates, and best practices that accelerate value and drive adoption across the platform.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in corporate real estate and workplace strategy.
• Ability to design and embed operational workflows within enterprise organizations.
• Experience engaging with enterprise customers in a consulting or advisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Design and embed Trebellar workflows into customers' real estate planning processes.
• Create planning scenarios, reports, dashboards, and prompts to support decision making.
• Coordinate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to remove blockers and accelerate value.
• Lead knowledge transfer sessions and build reusable templates for long-term adoption.
• Define and evolve the engagement model and playbooks for post-implementation consulting.
