Job summary

Trebellar, Inc. is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Consultant to help enterprise customers operationalize the Trebellar platform after implementation.

You will design and embed workflows, build planning scenarios, and deliver customer-specific solutions that drive adoption and measurable business outcomes. You'll collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, with high quality, and scalable methodologies that

Qualifications

• Significant experience in corporate real estate, workplace strategy, or related advisory work.
• Experience designing or improving operational workflows within enterprise organizations.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers or internal stakeholders in a consulting or advisory capacity.
• Strong facilitation, executive communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience translating complex business challenges into practical technology-enabled solutions.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across technical and business audiences.
• Comfort working in ambiguity, creating structure where it is needed, and helping define a new function as the company grows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to turn customer context into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Design and operationalize customer workflows across Trebellar's platform modules.
• Own delivery of assigned customer workstreams and translate business objectives into practical Trebellar solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to remove blockers and accelerate value.
• Build reusable templates, documentation, and playbooks for repeatable engagements.
• Transfer knowledge during engagements so customer teams gain confidence and capability.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to workplace, real estate, facilities, finance, HR, and executives.
