REAL is building an AI Execution Platform for enterprise real estate organizations. We seek a CRE Solutions Engineer in New York to join the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Product, and the commercial real estate industry.

You'll bring deep business and industry knowledge into customer conversations, helping us understand how CRE organizations operate, uncover pain points, and demonstrate how REAL can solve them. This is a highly customer-facing and commercially oriented role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in commercial real estate or related industries
• Experience in CRE ecosystem (operator, developer, investment firm, property management, construction)
• Strong understanding of CRE business, financial, and operational processes
• Experienced in client-facing roles with confidence communicating to senior stakeholders
• Strong commercial mindset to uncover business needs and map to tech solutions
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales throughout the enterprise sales process and translate client needs into REAL use cases
• Lead customer discovery to understand business challenges, workflows, and pain points
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned with customer priorities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable solutions and feedback
• Identify expansion opportunities with existing customers and potential new use cases
• Act as a trusted business and product partner across pre-sales and post-sales engagements
