Vantor in Colorado is seeking a Senior Manager, Real Estate & Capital Projects to lead enterprise real estate and capital project portfolio. You will align lease strategy, capital investment, and complex project delivery with business priorities, delivering cost, risk, and timing recommendations to executives.

This role partners with Facilities Operations & Workplace Services and enterprise leaders to ensure real estate decisions support operational needs.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in corporate real estate, lease administration, capital projects, or facilities management.
• Experience leading complex projects and delivering executive reporting.
• Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain enterprise view of real estate portfolio and manage lease obligations and renewals.
• Develop annual and multi-year capital plans; prepare business cases and forecasts.
• Establish governance standards for intake, scope, cost, risk, and procurement.
• Lead projects from discovery through handoff and benefits review.
• Prepare dashboards, lease recommendations, and risk summaries for executives.
• Coordinate decisions with Finance, Legal, IT, HR, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop Project Managers and delivery resources; set performance expectations.
• Implement a project portfolio tool as system of record.
