Job summary

Vantor is seeking a Senior Manager, Real Estate & Capital Projects to drive the enterprise real estate portfolio and capital investments. Based in Westminster, CO, you will align lease strategy with business priorities, lead complex projects, and provide executives with clear cost, risk, and timing recommendations.

You will partner with Facilities Operations, Workplace Services, and enterprise leaders to ensure real estate and project decisions meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in corporate real estate or related program management.
• Strong experience with leases, budgeting, and executive reporting.
• Ability to obtain US security clearance and work from Westminster, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an enterprise view of the real estate portfolio and manage lease obligations, critical dates, renewals, amendments, landlord matters, and transaction support.
• Develop annual and multi-year capital plans; prepare CAPEX and OPEX business cases; forecast spend; explain variances; and prioritize by risk, condition, compliance, value, and delivery capacity.
• Establish project governance standards for intake, prioritization, scope, stage gates, cost, schedule, risk, change control, procurement, and closeout.
• Lead complex capital and real estate projects from discovery through procurement, construction, commissioning, handoff, and benefits review.
• Prepare concise executive dashboards, capital updates, lease recommendations, risk summaries, and steering materials for timely decisions.
• Coordinate project and portfolio decisions with Finance, Legal, Procurement, IT, Security, HR, consultants, landlords, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Manage and develop Project Managers and approved delivery resources; set clear performance expectations.
• Implement the required project portfolio tool as system of record and establish standards for consistent delivery.
