• Extensive years of progressive capital construction project management experience, including a substantial candidate qualifies for multi-site programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of major capital construction and renovation programs across multiple sites.
• Oversee real estate transaction management, including leases, renewals and dispositions, coordinating with legal and brokerage partners.
• Direct design through permitting, construction, and closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety compliance.
