You will drive capital planning, budgeting, and project execution across properties, combining financial discipline with hands-on construction acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership in construction or renovations.
• Experience managing capital programs across 5,000+ multifamily units in multiple states.
• Strong budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Yardi or Banner preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual and multi-year capital planning across a multifamily portfolio.
• Develop and manage capital budgets, forecasts, and expenditures.
• Monitor ROI, budget variances, and capital requirements.
• Oversee unit renovations, common areas, and major property upgrades.
• Direct bidding, contractor selection, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with Asset and Property Management to align investments.
• Lead, mentor capital construction teams and drive accountability.
