Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and advance the enterprise QMS across all facilities nationwide, supporting cleanroom and life-science services with ISO compliance and audit readiness.

The role requires 10+ years in QA leadership, ISO-certified systems, and strong audit experience, with travel about 30% nationwide to mentor teams and address quality issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science required.
• 10+ years QA experience in pharma/biotech/device manufacturing or cleanroom laundry operations.
• Experience leading ISO-certified QMS across multi-site/enterprise.
• Strong audit-facing experience with customers and certification bodies.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise QMS across ISO-certified facilities.
• Ensure ISO compliance and audit readiness across all sites.
• Serve as primary quality representative for audits and closing findings.
• Analyze quality data, trends, and risks; implement CAPA.
• Develop and update QA programs, procedures, and practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Engineering to standardize quality practices.
• Lead, mentor, and support plant QA leadership nationwide.
• Interface with vendors to uphold quality standards.
• Travel nationwide to provide leadership, coaching, training, and audit support.
