Job summary

Quantix SCS LLC is seeking a mid-level Quality professional responsible for managing quality across multiple divisions. The role requires hands-on ISO compliance, audits, nonconformances, and training to ensure all documentation remains current.

The incumbent will drive continuous improvement and coordinate with owners and managers to sustain certifications. Key duties include acting as Management Representative, scheduling executive reviews, and overseeing both internal and external audits

Qualifications

• Experience leading ISO and customer audits.

• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and schedule audits.

Responsibilities

• Act as Management Representative for audits and certifications.
• Lead ISO 9001 and customer audits, and drive NCR closures.
• Manage quality management system documentation and internal/external audits.
• Coordinate internal audits and implement corrective actions.
• Develop training, metrics, and standard reports for quality performance.
• Drive continuous improvement across procedures, forms, and processes.
