Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a Quality Manager to lead QA and Continuous Improvement in our manufacturing plant. You will drive quality programs, lead Lean Six Sigma projects, and ensure ISO 9001 compliance while partnering with Operations and Engineering.

The role requires directing testing, analyzing data for decision making, and coaching a high‑performing quality team to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in high‑performance manufacturing with quality focus.
• Proven QA techniques and CI methodologies including Lean Six Sigma.
• Strong ISO 9001 knowledge and audit experience.
• Root cause analysis, corrective actions, and data‑driven decisions.
• Leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
• Ability to influence across hourly to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement programs.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma and problem‑solving initiatives.
• Manage testing and ensure conformance to specs and quality levels.
• Analyze quality and operational data to support plant objectives.
• Recruit and coach quality associates to build capability.
• Maintain the Quality Management System and ISO 9001 audits.
• Interface with customers and regulatory inspectors (UL/ETL/ABS).
• Investigate field issues and implement root cause corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Operations and other functions on quality ownership.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
