Job summary

Prolacta Bioscience, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Systems to oversee enterprise-wide QA activities and ensure regulatory compliance across the Quality Management System.

You will supervise QA staff, lead continuous improvement, and partner cross-functionally to meet evolving quality objectives. You will drive data-driven quality initiatives, develop training, and manage document control and audits, while coordinating with IT to optimize QMS software and data integrity.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business, science or technical discipline; minimum 5 years in Quality Systems or regulated environment.
• At least 1 year direct supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, and cGxP; familiarity with FDA 21 CFR 106, 107, 110, 117 is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and statistical methods for RCA and trend evaluation.
• Experience developing dashboards, metrics, reports, and KPIs to support compliance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and troubleshooting for Quality Systems staff; ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
• Oversee development, implementation, and maintenance of quality, safety, and GxP procedures and systems.
• Own data collection, reporting, and dashboarding to support Quality Metrics and audits.
• Lead cross-functional quality initiatives and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Prepare for internal and external audits; ensure audit readiness and timely resolution of findings.
