Zendesk, Inc. seeks a Principal, Enterprise QA & IT Delivery Leader to orchestrate testing across large, complex integrations and ERP transformations. You will steer QA governance, tool adoption, and defect management to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery outcomes.

You will scale QA with AI, lead end-to-end testing strategy, and partner with Business and Product leads to prevent failures on major go-lives. Hybrid/onsite collaboration and enterprise-quality focus are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Software Quality Engineering with at least 5 years in QA leadership or program delivery.
• Proven track record implementing QA processes across large-scale release cycles and transformation programs.
• Strong ability to influence business and product stakeholders.
• Hands-on QA automation experience and framework extension, especially Playwright, with CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins.
• Expert-level defect lifecycle management including verified Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Experience with enterprise test management tools, ensuring traceability and data hygiene.

Responsabilités

• Govern release cycle quality and ensure readiness across squads to avoid late-stage defects.
• Lead QA governance, quality gates, and defect management for enterprise programs.
• Drive adoption of core testing platforms and enterprise tooling.
• Design AI-driven strategies to scale QA capacity and coverage.
• Lead cross-functional End-to-End strategy for complex transformations to prevent business disruptions.
• Operationalize automated rules of road across ecosystems to modernize legacy testing.
• Participate in requirement reviews and walkthroughs to prevent leakage.
• Maintain auditability with rigorous traceability between tests and defects.
• Own enterprise-level test management and reporting visibility.
