Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a QA Practice Lead to establish and run a transversal QA Practice across an enterprise IT roadmap. You will govern frameworks, mature toolchains, coach teams, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes and readiness across programs.

The role requires leadership of enterprise QA, hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA/X-Ray, Selenium, and Postman, and the ability to drive standardized testing and reporting across domains.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of enterprise QA practices across programs.
• Experience defining QA standards, metrics, and dashboards.
• Experience coaching teams in QA adoption and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Review and operationalize the QA framework across initiatives.
• Define operating model for transversal QA practice.
• Establish QA governance routines, quality reviews, and escalation mechanisms.
• Review and improve QA standards, templates, gates, metrics and dashboards.
• Assess QA tech stack (Azure DevOps, JIRA/X-Ray, Selenium, Postman) and gaps.
• Propose end-to-end QA tool stack and integrations.
• Define test management and defect reporting standards across projects.
• Coach teams on applying QA framework in delivery.
• Disseminate QA practices across stakeholders for accountability.
• Support knowledge transfer and long-term QA institutionalization.
• Lead leadership reporting on quality risks and readiness.
• Create a portfolio QA roadmap aligned with IT roadmap.
