Job summary

EMCOR Construction Services seeks an Enterprise Project & Fab Leader to guide prefabrication and fabrication efforts across multiple operating companies. You will mentor field teams and drive standardization of processes in mechanical piping, plumbing, and sheet metal/HVAC.

Based in the U.S., the role requires leading large projects, managing project controls, and coordinating with senior leadership. Travel up to 40–60% across the country is expected.

Qualifications

• Leadership of large, complex multi-trade projects in mechanical piping, plumbing, sheet metal/HVAC.
• Experience as Project Executive, Operations Manager, Fabrication/Prefab Leader or Senior Project leader for a $100M+ contractor.
• Strong knowledge of prefabrication and fabrication integration and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Visit ECS operating companies across the U.S. to support project teams and fabrication processes (40–60% travel).
• Assess execution rigor, field performance, and improve productivity and predictability in the field.
• Develop and implement a project execution playbook to standardize processes from procurement to completion.
• Mentor teams, manage labor planning, cost tracking and forecasting methods.
