Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or related areas.
• Minimum 10–15 years in Mechanical Piping, Plumbing, Sheet Metal/HVAC.
• Experience in Project Executive, Operations Manager or Fabrication/Prefab leadership.

Responsibilities

• Visit operating companies to assess and support project teams and fabrication processes.
• Assess execution rigor and field performance.
• Support operating company with turnaround situations where execution is the issue.
• Help operating company enhance productivity and predictability in the field.
• Develop a project execution playbook that standardizes processes.
