This senior role combines field credibility with mentoring across operating companies, with HQ based in McLean, VA and willingness to consider other locations. The position offers a compensation range of $175,000 to $225,000, bonus eligibility, and travel up to 40–60% to support project teams and fabrication shops,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or related areas and 10–15 years experience in Mechanical Piping, Plumbing, Sheet Metal/HVAC.
• Experience as Project Executive, Operations Manager, Fabrication/Prefab Leader or Senior Project leader on $100M+ projects.

Responsibilities

• Visit operating companies to support project teams and fabrication processes (up to 40–60% travel).
• Mentor operating companies and strengthen prefabrication/fabrication integration.
• Develop and implement project execution playbooks to standardize workflows and improve cost tracking.
