EMCOR Construction Services, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Project & Fab Leader to oversee project teams and improve fabrication processes. This leadership role requires 10-15 years of experience in Mechanical Piping, Plumbing, and HVAC specialties.
Offering a competitive salary in the range of $175,000 to $225,000, the position is also bonus eligible. Candidates should be prepared for 40-50% travel. Join us to enhance productivity and ensure projects remain on budget and schedule.
The Enterprise Project & Fab Leader is a highly respected professional and mentor with strong field credibility. This person has demonstrated Prefabrication & Fabrication expertise in Mechanical piping, Plumbing, Sheet metal/HVAC and has prior experience in Project Executive, Operations Management, Fabrication/Prefab leadership roles. Responsibilities include but are not limited to performing routine oversight and mentoring of an assigned selection of operating companies. ECS HQ is based out of McLean, Virginia. However, candidates in other locations and meeting the requirements below may be considered.
Compensation Range: $175,000 - $225,000
This position is bonus eligible.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or related areas of study or field experience; and minimum of 10-15 years experience in Mechanical Piping, Plumbing, Sheet Metal/HVAC. Experience must include prior experience as a Project Executive, Operations Manager, Fabrication/Prefab Leader or Senior Project leader working for a $100 million+ contractor.
