Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields, or equivalent field experience.
• 10-15 years experience in Mechanical Piping, Plumbing, Sheet Metal/HVAC.
• Successful leadership of large projects specializing in Mechanical Piping, Plumbing, Sheet Metal/HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Visit operating companies to assess and support project teams and fabrication processes.
• Evaluate shop productivity and workflow and improve processes.
• Develop a project execution playbook for maintaining common standards.
