Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive project management experience in healthcare, operations, or strategy.
• Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives with enterprise impact.
• Experience working with executive leaders and facilitating decision-making processes.
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate enterprise-wide initiatives with governance and tracking.
• Partner with executive sponsors and leaders to set priorities and remove barriers.
• Facilitate governance structures, committees, and decision-making processes at the enterprise level.
• Monitor status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes; provide updates to senior leadership.
• Support implementation of approved opportunities through governance and oversight.
• Build relationships across departments to drive collaboration and shared ownership.
