Job summary

City Electric Supply is seeking an ERP Project Manager at our head offices in Dallas, TX to drive day-to-day project management and delivery of IT solutions for stakeholders. The role coordinates product, analysis, architecture, development, testing, and deployment teams, while managing schedule, risks, and dependencies to achieve business objectives.

The role emphasizes practical execution, collaboration with vendors, and clear status communication to keep delivery moving toward the desired

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience in business development and managing relationships with end users, engineers, and contractors.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of business critical ERP programs of work.
• Coordinate with cross functional technology and business teams to deliver our ERP solution.
• Manage and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization with a consultative approach.
• Lead change management efforts, ensuring alignment and adoption across all levels.
• Deliver key metrics on time, within scope, and within budget.
