Job summary

CareSource is seeking an EES Program Manager to lead enterprise-level programs within Enterprise Engineering Solutions, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives across IT and business domains.

The role emphasizes governance, planning, budgeting, risk management, and performance reporting to senior leadership, with the goal of accelerating software delivery through AI-enabled tooling throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Business, PM or related field.
• 5+ years of program or project management in IT, data, or engineering environments.
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs across multiple projects.
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, or traditional SDLC methodologies.
• Healthcare or managed care industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution aligned to strategic priorities.
• Develop integrated program plans, schedules, and roadmaps across projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies; drive mitigation strategies.
• Establish and lead program governance, including intake and prioritization.
• Develop and deliver program-level reporting to senior leadership.
• Adopt agentic AI tools to accelerate software delivery throughout the SDLC.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in delivery and operations.
• Oversee documentation and artifacts to support governance and audit readiness.
