Insight Global is seeking an AI Program Manager to lead ERP enhancement initiatives, software implementations, and AI-driven transformation across the enterprise. This role bridges strategy and execution, coordinating distributed teams and vendors to deliver tangible business value.

You will gather requirements, partner with business and technical stakeholders, manage delivery, and drive adoption of AI and automation tools.

Qualifications

4+ years of AI management experience.
Familiarity with Grok, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot.
Experience leading software development or enterprise applications projects.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience gathering business requirements and managing software implementations.
Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and align tech with business goals.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies.
Experience managing roadmaps, timelines, risks, and delivery outcomes.
