In this consultative sales role, you will engage senior executives and enterprise decision-makers to align workforce development needs with Cornell’s online professional certificate programs, OnDemand solutions, and customized learning.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Five to ten+ years in business development, enterprise sales, marketing, or related field.
• Experience selling leadership development, eLearning, executive education, training, or consulting solutions.
• Proven success engaging C-suite executives, with strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow an enterprise sales pipeline across an assigned territory, prospecting Fortune 1000 organizations and other large employers.
• Build strategic account plans that identify growth opportunities and accelerate revenue.
• Conduct executive-level discovery conversations to uncover workforce development needs.
• Design customized learning solutions aligned with organizational objectives and present to C-suite audiences.
• Manage a revenue portfolio anticipated to exceed $2 million annually and deliver pipeline and forecast reporting.
• Negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms.
• Maintain sales activity and account information in Salesforce and deliver pipeline and forecast reporting.
