Job summary

Cornell University’s eCornell unit seeks a high-performing Director, Enterprise Programs to expand strategic partnerships and drive enterprise learning solutions that deliver measurable business impact. You will engage senior executives to align workforce development with Cornell’s online offerings, including certificates, OnDemand, and customized programs.

This remote-based role requires residence in the Northeast, preferably New York, to support client engagement and regional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 to 10+ years in business development or enterprise sales.
• Quota-carrying, goal-oriented sales experience with revenue ownership.
• Experience selling leadership development, eLearning, or executive education.
• Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite executives.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with territory ownership.
• Proficient in Salesforce, MS Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools.
• Ability to collaborate across teams while managing a territory and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow an enterprise sales pipeline across an assigned territory.
• Prospect Fortune 1000 organizations and large employers.
• Build strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal sales and program teams on account strategies.
• Conduct executive-level discovery to identify needs and solutions.
• Design customized learning solutions aligned with objectives.
• Present to C-suite and senior leadership audiences.
• Manage revenue goals and quarterly/annual bookings targets.
