This remote role requires residency in the Northeast, preferably New York, and involves developing pipelines, presenting to executives, and negotiating contracts to exceed bookings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 to 10+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, marketing, or related field.
• Proven quota-carrying sales success with enterprise clients.
• Experience selling leadership development, eLearning, executive education, or consulting solutions.
• Proven success engaging and influencing C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a robust enterprise sales pipeline across an assigned territory.
• Prospect and engage Fortune 1000 organizations and other large employers.
• Build strategic account plans that identify growth opportunities and accelerate revenue generation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute account strategies.
• Present to C-suite and senior leadership audiences.
• Manage a territory and pipeline to meet revenue goals.
• Negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms for partnerships.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and deliver regular forecasts.
