Job summary

Airtable is seeking a senior delivery leader to guide complex enterprise engagements in the eastern region, owning the customer relationship, delivery plan, and business outcomes from kickoff through launch and ongoing follow-through.

You will coordinate internal specialists, external partners, and customer stakeholders across changing priorities, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and governance throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Five+ years delivering technical delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder settings.
• Experience delivering programs for external customers with steering committees and outcome ownership.
• Hands-on with the workflow platform or similar configurable business applications; understands dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Direct delivery across multiple workstreams with alignment among teams.
• Own scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and governance.
• Make sequencing decisions amid platform limitations, compliance, or partner dependencies.
• Assist customers redesign processes around AI-assisted workflows while managing adoption.
• Use AI tools for status reporting, risk analysis, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage scope changes and oversee change orders when the SOW expands.
