Job summary

Airtable in the United States is seeking a senior delivery leader to drive complex technical engagements for enterprise customers in the western region. You will own the relationship, plan, and outcomes from initiation through go-live and beyond, coordinating internal teams, external partners, and customer stakeholders with diverse operating rhythms.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and governance, decide tech sequencing, and guide customers through AI-enabled transformations,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program or project delivery experience in complex environments.
• Experience delivering for external customers in professional services or consulting.
• Familiarity with no-code/configurable platforms and identifying system dependencies.
• Daily use of AI tools to add value or assess risk.
• Experience handling enterprise compliance, security, IAM, and third-party approvals.
• PMP or equivalent certification and ability to adapt between Agile sprints and Waterfall milestones.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary delivery lead, managing progress, blockers, decisions, and alignment across all engagement workstreams.
• Maintain the full delivery framework, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and governance reporting.
• Determine technical sequencing when platform constraints, regulatory requirements, security controls, or partner dependencies affect the plan.
• Support customer transformation toward AI-augmented and agent-assisted workflows, including the related change-management challenges.
• Apply AI tools to practical delivery operations such as reporting, documentation, risk synthesis, and stakeholder communication.
• Control scope evolution by assessing change requests, communicating commercial and timeline impact, and coordinating formal change orders.
