AIR Communities is seeking a Technical AI Program Manager in Denver to connect enterprise AI demand with delivery teams. You’ll intake requests, shape directional solutions, and oversee governance, budgets, and ROI reporting across platforms and vendors.

With 8+ years in software engineering and AI/ML-focused delivery, you will guide executives and architects alike, ensuring value, efficiency, and alignment with strategic goals for resident experience and financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience spanning software engineering and technical program/product delivery, ideally including AI/ML systems.
• CS/engineering foundation with hands-on delivery experience in production AI/ML.
• Ability to translate business asks into technical requirements and govern AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Intake & triage AI requests, assess urgency and impact, determine scope and path.
• Solution shaping with cross-functional stakeholders to sketch directional solutions.
• Accountability: track AI spends, ROI narratives, and governance of initiatives.
• Synthesis & communication: turn technical input into decision-ready narratives for leaders.
