Job summary

Shield AI in the United States is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager – Enterprise Technology & Systems Delivery to lead technology initiatives across multiple workstreams from charter to go-live.

You will coordinate with engineering, infrastructure, data, testing, and business teams, maintain schedules, manage risks, and ensure governance and adoption of changes, without owning technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience, including technology implementations.
• Experience leading technology programs such as software migrations or enterprise rollouts.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with integrated schedules.
• Solid knowledge of delivery lifecycles from planning to stabilization.
• Coordinate with business, IT, and vendor groups without owning technical design.
• PMO experience or cross-functional program support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PM for technology implementations and platform migrations.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams into a single project plan.
• Develop schedules, RAID logs, dependencies, and status reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, IT, engineering, systems integrators, and vendors.
• Facilitate planning, design sessions, and checkpoint reviews.
• Support governance, steering committees, and leadership updates.
• Identify risks and dependencies with urgency and clarity.
• Ensure schedule accuracy and drive cross-workstream blockers resolution.
• Coordinate deployment activities without owning solution design.
• Support budget tracking, forecasts, and variance reporting.
• Prepare SIT/UAT/cutover/go-live readiness with SMEs.
• Assist organizational change management and communications.
