We are looking for a talented Program Manager to join our team! You are an exceptional individual who excels in both project and customer management. You adeptly handle escalations and conflicts, turning complex situations into opportunities. You will also be a master in matrix management, motivating and driving internal and external teams to success. You are highly skilled in enforcing project management framework & tools with a CAN DO attitude, and demonstrate independent and self-managed capabilities. You will be preparing comprehensive plans for EVERYTHING, including strategic and tactical plans, based on risk analysis and mitigation strategies. Also, projects monitoring and professional data-driven status reporting are key strength points. You will drive the organization to a continuous improvement and learning mode, with respective initiatives and culture. You excel in working with and managing large enterprise customers, understanding their processes, constraints, budgets and all related aspects, leveraging this knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction and sentiment during the implementation phase. You come from a technology/software product company background, with hands-on experience managing technical projects and working closely with R&D, integration, QA and other technical disciplines internally, alongside enterprise customers externally. You are expected to develop a working technical understanding of the system itself - able to translate technical capabilities into practical usability for customers, not just manage the project shell around it.
