Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead strategy for property management initiatives. You will work with cross‑functional teams to translate hotel operations needs into actionable roadmaps and deliver measurable outcomes.

The role is hybrid with proximity to McLean, VA; Dallas, TX; or Memphis, TN, requiring up to 10% travel. Demonstrated leadership in product teams and strong Agile execution are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product, Technology, Customer Experience or related field.
• Experience communicating with stakeholders and documenting requirements in Agile environments.
• Experience mentoring or leading Product Managers or Product Owners.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and prioritization for assigned domains (inventory, groups, reporting).
• Translate opportunities, challenges, risks, and feedback into plans and roadmaps.
• Develop hotel operations knowledge to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
• Own initiatives from discovery through delivery, adoption and measurement.
• Create and communicate requirements, business cases, roadmaps, priorities, risks and recommendations.
