Job summary

AlgoSec is seeking a Program Manager, Americas to drive strategic initiatives and define success for customer engagements. You will lead workshops, manage multiple workstreams, and act as a trusted advisor to accelerate solution adoption across the Americas.

Reporting to the Manager, Project Management, Americas, this hybrid role in Peachtree Corners, GA involves collaboration with account managers, pre-sales, and cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic objectives and customer value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Program Management experience driving customer outcomes.
• Experience with outbound customers and working with Director-level leaders.
• Background in large technology or enterprise environments; IT or cybersecurity preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Adaptable, results-oriented, and able to manage shifting priorities.
• Strong knowledge of change management principles and best practices.
• Ability to translate objectives into scalable solution strategies; engage with stakeholders.
• Experience leading discovery workshops with senior customer stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer workshops and develop holistic solutions using AlgoSec technologies.
• Orchestrate multiple workstreams across functions for strategic initiatives.
• Build trusted advisory relationships to accelerate solution adoption and value realization.
• Provide clear communication to customer stakeholders and executives during engagements.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.
• Manage multiple projects across the engagement lifecycle from planning to production.
• Voice of the customer to support retention, satisfaction, and team efficiency.
• Support pre-sales by partnering with Account Managers and managing subcontractors.
