Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work/education experience.
• 10+ years of experience leading complex development and integration projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with technology and business partners.
• Advanced experience with Scaled Agile software development processes.
• Proven ability to lead and direct others to achieve measurable results.
• Ability to understand user needs and articulate solutions to meet objectives.
• Strong skills documenting workflows and data mapping (Miro/Lucid, Excel, SQL, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, complex enterprise-level projects.
• Define, shape and drive product and technology roadmap.
• Meet business objectives by designing, implementing, and guiding programs to completion.
• Conduct quarterly PI planning and influence stakeholders for timely execution.
• Document work and present progress to leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop program plans with goals, scope, schedule and resources.
• Align objectives with strategic goals and priorities.
• Monitor progress and update as needed.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors and external partners.
• Identify and mitigate risks and ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
