Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Program Management Director to build and scale the enterprise PM practice, acting as a bridge among executive leadership, market leaders, client teams, and delivery personnel. You will drive growth in advisory, PMO, CIP, and owner’s representative services across multiple sectors.

The role requires a proven leader comfortable advising C-suite, leading complex pursuits, and mentoring teams, with a hybrid work setup and regular travel to client sites and offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Program Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field required
• Master's degree preferred
• Certifications such as PE, PMP, PgMP, CCM, DBIA or equivalent advanced credential preferred
• Minimum of 18 years in program/project management, infrastructure delivery, or related fields
• Minimum of 10 years leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams or programs
• Experience with municipal, transportation, water, energy, federal, or industrial infrastructure
• Proven business development and client relationship management experience
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight and advisory support to high-profile programs and strategic client initiatives
• Evaluate active programs and recommend improvements in governance, scheduling, risk management, and reporting
• Establish standards for program reporting, financial management, and client communications
• Support successful delivery of major capital programs with high client satisfaction
• Promote consistency in program execution across markets and units
