Job summary

Stanley Consultants seeks a Program Management Director to lead and grow its enterprise Program Management practice across markets and geographies. You will provide executive oversight, shape service offerings, and mentor senior staff to advance program management capabilities.

The role builds client relationships, expands CIP and owner's representation services, and drives standardized governance, reporting, and delivery excellence across Stanley’s energy, transportation, water, and federal

Qualifications

Minimum 18 years of progressively responsible experience in program/project management, infrastructure delivery, or related fields.
Minimum 10 years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams or programs.
Proven ability to develop and grow program management, PMO, CIP, and owner's representative services.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow Stanley's enterprise Program Management practice across markets and geographies.
Develop strategic vision, offerings, and standards for program management services.
Provide executive oversight and advisory support to major programs and initiatives.
Mentor project managers and develop career progression pathways for program management professionals.
