Notion is seeking an Enterprise Product Manager to define how organizations adopt, scale, and succeed with Notion. You will enable enterprises to integrate Notion into their workflows securely and efficiently, driving onboarding content, permissions, and integrations.

Notion defines enterprise-grade products at scale, supporting rapid development with controlled deployments and evolving RBAC strategies to meet security needs across large teams.

Qualifications

• Track record of launching high quality B2B products that meaningfully impact company outcomes.
• Fluency in data governance and access control for enterprise data.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with GTM, engineering, design, and developer relations.
• Experience with API development and enterprise integrations.
• Comfort with AI tools in the product development process.
• Able to navigate ambiguity and pace with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise strategy and roadmap to expand Notion's integrations and extensibility for large organizations.
• Drive scalable systems for user and agent management, collaboration, and analytics to support adoption.
• Lead cross-functional efforts with GTM, security, and engineering to align product decisions with business needs.
• Engage admin and builder personas to shape priorities and deliver value across teams.
