You’ll find consequential customer problems, set a bold but grounded strategy, and build alongside design, engineering, data science, research, and go-to-market partners. This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City.

Qualifications

• Ability to identify meaningful customer problems and translate them into intuitive, useful products.
• Strong judgement balancing UX, business impact, and technical constraints.
• Track record shipping outcomes from ambiguous, cross-functional work with clear ownership.

Responsibilities

• Uncover customer problems and opportunities; turn into strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to create simple, useful Notion experiences.
• Make hard calls balancing impact, opportunity, and quality.
• Shape how AI changes the product and the way we work with AI to support decisions and execution.
• Raise the bar for product thinking by creating clarity and measurable success metrics.
