Qualifications

• 4+ years in product operations, technical program management, project management, or product ownership.
• Regular engagement with AI tools to support work.
• Ability to balance system/process tradeoffs for scalable outcomes.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical, proactive, and capable of high-agency decision making.
• Judgment on when to collect more info vs act with limited data.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product teams to translate signals into clear priorities and bets.
• Build agentic workflows, tooling and processes to boost velocity and launch quality.
• Coordinate end-to-end feature launches across teams, from early access to GA exit criteria.
• Create feedback loops and evaluation systems to prioritize the right bets.
• Foster strong relationships and clarity with key partner teams.
