Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring an Enterprise Product Manager to own the product experience for ElevenCreative used by enterprise teams. You will drive enterprise revenue, growth, and adoption across admin, permissions, billing, and governance, collaborating with sales and customers to unblock deals and shape the roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with recent experience owning enterprise or B2B product.
• Proven track record of owning revenue, growth, or adoption outcomes.
• Experience shipping enterprise capabilities such as admin, permissions, billing, or security.
• Deep familiarity with how creative, marketing, and media teams work and customer insights in product decisions.
• Experience scoping and defining large, ambiguous bets and owning them end to end.
• Experience working directly with sales and customers and turning requests into a clear roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise revenue, growth, and adoption for ElevenCreative, leveraging product, pricing, packaging, GTM, and customer levers.
• Scope and define big bets for enterprise from discovery through launch and adoption.
• Build admin and governance layers including permissions, access visibility, usage controls, and cross-team reporting.
• Partner with engineering to ship enterprise products like Ads Engine and scale workflows beyond a single account.
• Collaborate with sales to triage feature requests, prioritize, and close gaps between customer needs and shipping.
• Engage with customers to understand evaluation, buying, and rollout of creative tooling for roadmap input.
• Define success metrics and track adoption, expansion, and retention across accounts.
• Work with engineering, design, sales, and growth to ship quickly and drive projects end-to-end.
