Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced executive to set enterprise product direction for a large portfolio. You will partner with senior leaders to shape priorities, govern multiple product teams, and drive complex, high-impact outcomes across investment and advisory platforms.

You will translate business needs and member requirements into strategic roadmaps, manage resources, and mentor leaders to build a strong talent pipeline. This hybrid role reports to an AVP/VP level executive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Information Systems, Product Management, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in product management, product strategy, business management, financial services, or related field.
• 8+ years of people leadership experience; or equivalent experience as a SME leading large-scale product portfolios or enterprise initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide strategic product decisions in complex environments.
• Extensive experience in structured product, project, or portfolio delivery across multiple initiatives.
• Proven ability to leverage data, research, and insights to inform strategy and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Sets and leads enterprise product strategy for a large product portfolio aligned with business priorities and long-term objectives.
• Provides governance and prioritization across multiple product teams and roadmaps.
• Partners with senior leadership to shape priorities and align execution across teams and functions.
• Directs development and support of self-directed and managed investment experiences.
• Applies data-driven insights to inform strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes.
• Establishes consistent delivery practices and governance across teams.
• Leads change management tied to portfolio priorities.
• Coaches and mentors leadership to build a strong talent pipeline.
