Job summary

First Community Credit Union in Houston, TX is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of the credit union’s enterprise product portfolio across technology platforms.

You will drive innovation, product performance, and cross-functional alignment to deliver exceptional member experiences, ensure regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth while partnering with leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in functional product management.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading projects, programs, or teams, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
