Job summary

Citadel Federal Credit Union in Exton, PA seeks a strategic VP of Product Management to define and execute the product strategy across consumer and business banking. The role leads the Product Management team, driving growth, profitability, and portfolio performance, while standing up a future-state operating model and governance for the function.

You will partner with Marketing, Digital, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Member Experience to deliver outcomes and ensure value for members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, banking, financial services, fintech, or related field.
• Proven success leading product strategy, portfolio management, growth, and lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing priorities.
• Experience building or scaling a product function or operating model.
• Fluency with digital banking platforms and modern product tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead product lifecycle management including development, enhancement, optimization, and retirement.
• Drive portfolio growth, profitability, adoption, utilization, and member retention.
• Own product pricing, positioning, business cases, and performance metrics.
• Establish product priorities and investment recommendations based on value and feasibility.
• Monitor product performance and implement strategies to improve growth and engagement.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Product Management team.
• Build and scale the Product function and operating model.
