Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise product strategy and roadmap.
- Lead lifecycle management including development, enhancement, and retirement.
- Drive portfolio growth, profitability, adoption, and retention.
- Own pricing, positioning, business cases, and performance metrics.
- Leverage member insights and market trends to inform decisions.
- Establish priorities and investment recommendations based on value and feasibility.
- Hold final decision authority over roadmap and lifecycle decisions.
