Job summary

UW Credit Union seeks a seasoned financial services product leader to own the enterprise product roadmap for core banking and digital experiences. You will guide Product Strategy Teams, partner with Marketing and Technology, and drive growth through data-driven decision making.

You will align product strategy with liquidity, pricing, and member lifecycle economics, while embedding risk governance and regulatory requirements from the start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 12+ years of product management and strategic leadership experience within retail banking or credit unions.
• Deep domain expertise in consumer deposit and transactional banking—checking portfolios, liquidity, fees, lifecycle economics.
• Proven experience leading directors, product managers, or researchers across technical and strategic initiatives.
• Regulatory fluency in consumer financial services, including Reg E, Truth-in-Savings, and consumer fee governance.
• Proven experience building or scaling product discovery capabilities, UX research frameworks, and behavioral analytics programs.
• Working fluency in applied AI and data analytics strategies for personalization and retention.
• Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional alignment skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Product Strategy & Long-Term Roadmaps across banking products and digital experiences.
• Own Checking & Lead Core Deposit Strategy including accounts, fees, debit, and digital banking experience.
• Drive Omnichannel Orchestration & Digital Delivery coordinating with Directors, agile teams, and in-house engineers.
• Translate Member Intelligence & Behavioral Data into Product Choices; integrate AI and data analytics into roadmap decisions.
• Ensure Launch Readiness & Operational Enablement with Marketing, training teams, and go-to-market alignment.
• Maintain Regulatory Fluency & Risk Governance in product definitions and lifecycle governance.
