Job summary

Stripe, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive, Product to lead Stripe’s largest and most complex deals for your product area.

You will be the go-to expert on the offering, integration shapes, and competitive landscape, partnering with core Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to land and expand across customers. You will engage with executive leadership and shape how Stripe brings this combined offering to market in the segment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer-facing experience at a leading technology or payments company.
• Proven track record of top performance with Enterprise accounts.
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical requirements and design solutions.
• Proven experience leading complex negotiations and bespoke agreements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong cross-functional relationship building across the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex new logo and expansion deals with enterprise customers in key strategic segments.
• Develop and manage relationships with executive stakeholders and lead product discussions and negotiations.
• Build and execute a strategic territory plan to win the market and grow pipeline.
• Be the internal and customer-facing expert on product and segment, including competitive landscape.
• Work with Product and Engineering to inform Stripe's roadmap and win deals.
• Scale go-to-market playbooks, AI tooling, and process improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Forecast accurately and leverage AI to accelerate performance.
